Mr. Sibley brought us the other day a monstrosity in the vegetable line. It was a mammoth radish, measuring 28 inches in length and 18 inches in circumference. It was grown in Mr. Burn’s garden west of the depot.

The Indians about the agency near Fort Reno and also those at Wichita Agency are reported as being restless and ugly and threatening trouble on account of alleged insufficiency of food.

Those farmers who have promised, and others who desire to help a good cause, can do the Methodists great service by hauling sand, etc., at once.
