Arron Slater, 26, Hillsboro, backed his 1999 Ford Ranger into a Dodge R25 pickup owned by Gregory Bruce Carlson, Hillsboro, while Carlson’s vehicle was legally parked in Hillsboro Police Department’s parking lot April 21.

500 block of E. Grand St.

Lane Flaming, 16, Durham, and Colin Settle, 17, Hillsboro, were involved in a collision April 22 causing substantial damage to a passenger door and glass and rear fender of Settle’s 2006 Honda Accord and a minor scratch to Flaming’s Chevrolet C15 pickup. Police reports show both were pulling out of parking spots at 500 E. Grand St. at the time of the collision.

300 block of N. Ash St.

Sharon Tighe, 59, Hillsboro, was backing her 2015 Ford Fiesta out of a parking space at 314 N. Ash St when it struck a legally parked 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix.

US-77 and 5th Rd.

A 2002 Chevrolet 2500 driven by James Padgett, 51, Florence, with passenger Autumn Padgett, 10, Florence, was stopped at a stop sign when he reportedly pulled out in front of a 1992 Chevrolet C15 driven by Jerald Koehn, 60, Burns, and was struck at 7:20 a.m. April 19. No injuries were reported.

A 2010 Ford Taurus driven by Donan Fadenrecht, 58, Hillsboro, struck a deer April 21.The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A 2011 Toyota Tacoma driven by Edwin Wheeler Jr., 64, Marion, struck a deer April 22.
