K-15 north of 80th Rd.
A 2005 Buick LeSabre driven by Nancy Blankley, 55, Goessel, was northbound when the vehicle entered the east ditch and struck a field entrance at 4:30 a.m. Feb. 12. Blankley was transported by Peabody ambulance to Newton Medical Center. The LeSabre was towed from the scene.
K-15 south of 190th Rd.
A 2005 Toyota Tacoma driven by Darrell Rose, 48, Wichita, struck a deer at 6:40 a.m. Feb. 11. The truck was driven from the scene.
US-50 west of Sunflower Rd.
A 2009 Lincoln Navigator driven by Julie Hendricks, 35, Newton, struck a deer at 10 p.m. Feb. 10. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
Indigo Rd. south of 110th Rd.
A 2002 Saturn L-series sedan driven by Edwin Whitwell, 51, Marion, struck and killed a deer at 5:41 a.m. Feb. 14. The Saturn was driven from the scene.
US-56 south of 280th Rd.
A 2015 Honda Civic driven by Stefanie Bereza, 35, Lawton, Oklahoma, struck and killed a deer at 5:56 a.m. Feb. 14. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
60th Rd. east of Old Mill Rd.
Two Burns teen-agers were injured in a rollover accident at 9 p.m. Feb. 13 near Peabody. Thomas Scott, 17, was driving a 1991 Dodge Dakota when the passenger-side wheels went onto the shoulder. Scott reported to deputy Travis Wilson that he overcorrected, sending the truck into the ditch where it hit a large gate pole and overturned. Scott and a passenger, Madelaine Beal, 14, Burns, were transported by Peabody ambulance to Wesley Medical Center. A second passenger, Margaret Beal, 16, Burns, was uninjured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
US-56 west of Pawnee Rd.
A 2015 GMC Acadia driven by Barry Vorhees, 45, Hutchinson, struck a deer at 6:23 p.m. Feb. 15. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

400 block S. Floral St.
Nichole Kirsten Reid of Marion reported that an unknown vehicle struck her 2013 Hyundai Elantra at 9 p.m. Feb. 11 while she was parked in the American Legion parking lot. Police noted that white had been transferred to the Elantra’s right rear fender.
Ash and B Sts.
A six-month-old dog running free was struck by a vehicle and killed when it reportedly ran out of an east ditch into northbound traffic at 7:45 p.m. at Ash and B Sts. The dog, a brown Catahoula, belonged to Connor Embree of Hillsboro. The grill of a 2012 Chevrolet Impala owned by Tabor College and driven Wendell John Loewen, 53, was damaged.
Adams and Ash Sts.
Westin Hurley Etheridge, 17, Lehigh, was issued a citation for improper passing while operating a 2003 Ford Mustang owned by Gary Etheridge at 4:45 p.m. Feb 14 near Adams and Grand Sts.
Police said the Mustang struck a 2012 Hyundai Sonata driven by Darla Thompson, 46, Hillsboro, while Thompson was attempting to turn left into a driveway in the 100 block of Adams St. Thompson had engaged her blinker but Etheridge told police he was not paying attention and did not see the signal was on.
