These accident reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Timber Rd. south of 40th Rd.

Alcohol was blamed in a one-vehicle rollover at 8:55 p.m. Jan. 30 that seriously injured driver Steven Rathbun, 33, Potwin.

Rathburn was rushed by ambulance to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, after his 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup veered off the roadway to the right, then back to the left, and overturned in a culvert.

Pending results of an alcohol test, no citations were issued.

Sunflower Rd. south of 140th Rd.

Daniel Bryant, 37, Marion, hit a deer with a 2013 Isuzu truck owned by Twin Transportation, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, at 7:07 a.m. Feb. 7. The truck had to be towed.
