Agent wins award for excellence

Jayson Hanschu, American Family Insurance agent in Hillsboro, won the American Star Excellence in Customer Experience Certification this year.

The award was given to agents within the company who had demonstrated excellent customer service based on surveys filled out by his clients.

Hanschu has been with American Family since 1998 and has qualified for the award eight times before winning this year.
