Six county artists’ work will be displayed as they are recognized at the Senior Citizens of Marion County’s 53rd Annual Meeting Oct. 17.

In addition, Ramona artist Pat Wick will speak about her experiences with art.

This year’s free-will offering will go toward establishing a scholarship benefiting a 2014 county senior entering into aging-related fields such as medicine, social work, therapies, gerontology, and psychology.
