The children of Ron and Dora (Duerksen) Unruh of Durham are requesting a card shower to celebrate their parents’ 60th wedding anniversary June 1.

Their four children and their families plan to celebrate the anniversary with various family events.

The children are Brenda Enns of Hillsboro, Debra Hiebert of Peabody, Mark Unruh of Durham, and Warren Unruh of Tampa.

The family includes nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
