Michelle and Stephen Glahn filed suit May 28 against Devon Descrochers and Wiebe Siding / 4D Services. The Glahns claim they paid $50,000 in advance for summit blue celect siding, windows, and doors, gutters and guards, and mission point ledger stone and that Wiebe Siding performed only part of the work. They seek return of unused money and up to $10,000 in damages for each item not installed.

Midland Credit Management filed a petition Thursday against Nancy Escobar to convert an unpaid 2020 court judgment to a lien.

Connor D. Mueller was ordered May 22 to pay $1,725.64 plus costs and interest to Emprise Bank for unpaid loan payments.

A suit earlier filed suit against Karen Nickel by Discover Bank for unpaid credit card bills was dismissed May 14.

JPMorgan Chase Bank filed suit May 23 against A.C., B.C., Brendon Cox, Thomas W. Crawford, Jerry and Khalene Hassler, KC, and Michella and William Sullivan. JPMorgan seeks to foreclose a mortgage on property at 2267 340th Rd., Lost Springs. It seeks $89,043.78 and for the property to be sold at a sheriff’s auction.
