NEW ARRESTS

James Brown, 44, Hillsboro, arrested July 3 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and possession of marijuana, methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia. It was Brown’s second arrest in a little over a month. He previously was jailed May 31 on a McPherson County warrant and released a day later on a $500 cash bond.

Mark Chandler, 51, Dighton, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of attempting to issue a worthless check and attempting to make a criminal threat in addition to being wanted on a Park City warrant for failing to appear in court.

Dakota Dillashaw, 24, Florence, jailed July 2 on a Cowley County warrant for probation violation; released four hours later without bond. It was Dillashaw’s second jailing this year. He was jailed March 15 after failing to appear in court. He was released after that jailing on a $295 cash bond.

Johnny Dolph, 45, Florence, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia in addition to being wanted on an out-of-state warrant. It was Dolph’s third arrest this year. He was arrested June 6 on suspicion of theft, sale of a vehicle with an altered identification number, and driving with an invalid license. He was released five days after that arrest on a $5,000 surety bond. On March 15 he was arrested on suspicion of driving with an invalid license and displaying a license plate not assigned to his vehicle. He was released three hours after that arrest on a $1,500 surety bond.

Colton Faris, 24, Salina, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving in the wrong lane; released an hour later on a $3,500 surety bond.

Greg Fillmore, 37, Cottonwood Falls, jailed Thursday on two separate warrants for probation violation; released less than an hour later on a $7,500 surety bond. It was Fillmore’s second jailing this year. He was jailed May 11 for two days on court orders.

Nancy Garcia, 44, Florence, arrested July 4 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery; released the next morning without bond. It was Garcia’s third jailing this year. She was arrested May 12 on suspicion of attempting to drive with an invalid license; she was released from that jailing on a $1,000 surety bond. She also was jailed from Jan. 26 to Feb. 25 on court orders.

Tessa Grey, 26, Marion, jailed Friday for violating her probation; released Sunday without bond.

Dylan Horton, 18, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of attempting to drive without a valid license, having no vehicle liability insurance, and displaying a license plate not assigned to his vehicle; released 1½ hours later on a $1,000 bond of unspecified type. It was Horton’s fourth arrest this year. He was arrested May 24 for failing to appear in court, May 17 on suspicion of contributing to misconduct by a child, and April 29 on suspicion of underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released from those arrests after posting a $4,500 surety bond for the April 29 arrest, a $500 cash bond for the May 24 arrest, and no bond for the May 17 arrest.

Gregory Mancuso, 52, Herington, arrested July 4 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing marijuana, methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia; driving on the wrong side of the road; and driving with an invalid license. Mancuso previously was arrested June 28 by Peabody police on suspicion of possessing marijuana, methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia. He was released 4¼ hours after that arrest on $5,000 surety bond.

Sharon O’Neill, 50, Herington, arrested July 4 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possessing marijuana, methamphetamines, and drug paraphernalia; released 11 hours later on a $5,000 surety bond.

Daniel Peterson, 51, Galva, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence and failing to stay in his lane; released less than an hour later on a $3,000 surety bond.

William Phillips, 31, Wichita, arrested Saturday by Peabody police on suspicion of attempting to drive with an invalid license; released the next morning on a $1,000 surety bond.

Brianna Stoetzl, 23, Goessel, arrested July 3 by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of aggravated assault, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property; released two hours later on a $5,000 surety bond.
