NEW ARRESTS

Michael Floyd, 22, Leavenworth, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana; released 3½ hours later on $2,000 surety bond.

Casangela Hall, 20, Leavenworth, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of speeding and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia; released 3½ hours later on $4,000 surety bond.

Robin Hays, 40, Florence, arrested July 31 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and aggravated endangerment of a child; released Sunday on $5,000 surety bond.

Joscelyn Helm, 20, Newton, arrested Friday by Peabody police on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer and possessing marijuana; released 3½ hours later on $1,500 surety bond.

Anthony Herpich, 19, Newton, jailed Tuesday for failing to appear in court. He previously was jailed Jan. 21 on suspicion of possessing hallucinogens and drug paraphernalia.

Darin Hill, 49, Ramona, arrested July 31 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly attempting to fail to appear in court; released eight minutes later on $200 cash bond.

Steve Kahn, 59, Hillsboro, jailed Monday for 48 hours on court orders.

Markus Knight, 20, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer and possessing marijuana; released seven hours later without bond.

Kevin Lemon, 48, Tampa, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of issuing a worthless check; released 20 minutes later on $100 cash bond. Lemon previously was jailed Dec. 22 for failing to appear in court.

Brady Logan-Hannon, 21, Peabody, jailed Sunday for failing to appear in court for three cases.

Tricia Marshall, 54, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of criminal damage to property, interference with a law enforcement officers, and two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer.

Yecenia Negrete-Hernandez, 19, Newton, arrested Friday by Peabody police on suspicion of felony theft, possessing marijuana, and driving on the wrong side of the road without a valid license or liability insurance.

Matt Nellans, 41, Peabody, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia; released 15 hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Nellans previously was arrested July 12 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Julie Schoeffler, 58, Wichita, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Smith, 31, Marion, arrested July 31 by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery; released 11 hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Briana Stoetzl, 23, Goessel, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer and three counts of criminal use of weapons — possession by an addict, possession while a fugitive, and possession by a person convicted of domestic battery. Stoetzl previously was arrested July 3 on suspicion of aggravated assault, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Devin Sutherland, 32, Goessel, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer.

Christopher Weeks, 36, Goessel, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and of criminal use of weapons.
