NEW JAILINGS

Jack R. Branson, 37, Marion, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Released less than an hour later on $2,500 surety bond.

Jaden A. Cutsinger, 24, Wichita, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence, without a license, and without liability insurance; transporting an open container of alcohol; aggravated child endangerment; interfering with law enforcement; and failing to surrender his vehicle’s registration. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.

John R. Davis, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Monday for twice allegedly failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $20,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 15, 2017, for allegedly violating probation.

Lacey L. Gibson, 38, Manhattan, arrested July 1 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of distributing opiates. Released 1½ days later on $7,500 surety bond.

Chad A. Griese, 36, Herington, jailed Thursday on suspicion of probation violation. Released four hours later without bail. Previously jailed Aug. 28, 2018, and Dec. 26, 2018, on suspicion of battery, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Ashlyee N. Hiebert, 20, Hutchinson, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released eight hours later on $5,000 surety bond.

Donald J. Mackey, 44, Peabody, jailed June 29 after allegedly failing to appear in court. Released half an hour later on $100 cash bond.

Donald L. Moloney, 53, Junction City, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving without a license. Released Monday on $1,500 surety bond.

Carey E. Penrod, 30, Council Grove, arrested Monday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing opiates and drug paraphernalia. Held without bond.

Nathaniel J. Pough, 36, Arvada, Colorado, arrested July 1 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of distributing opiates. Released a 1½ days later on $10,000 surety bond.

Cameron C. Pritchard, 24, Hutchinson, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released eight hours later on $5,000 surety bond.

Derrick E. Ratzloff, 24, Marion, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence and transporting an open container. Released less than an hour later on a total of $3,000 in surety bonds.

Julio C. Rodriguez Ponce, 32, Patzcuaro, Mexico, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of interfering with law enforcement and driving under the influence, without a license, and with an open container of alcohol. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond.

Clinton T. Selle, 30, Wichita, jailed Friday for 60 days on court orders. Previously jailed Jan. 30 to Feb. 7, March 15 to 31, and Nov. 5 and 6 of last year and June 15 to 17 of this year on suspicion of probation violation and failing to appear in court.

Dustin M. Steele, 31, Canton, jailed Monday for allegedly failing to appear in court three times. Held in lieu of $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 17, 2018; March 5, May 21, and Sept. 11 and 19, 2019; and Feb. 25, 2020, when he listed addresses of Marion, Hillsboro, and Newton, on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated assault, violating a bail and probation terms, failing to appear in court five other times, and driving while his license was suspended, without liability insurance, and with a wrong license plate
