NEW jailings

David R. Dearring, 54, Ramona, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released two hours later on $100 cash bond. Previously jailed May 3, 2019, on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court.

Justice L. Johnson, 20, Goessel, arrested Friday by Goessel police on a warrant alleging failure to appear in Goessel Municipal Court and theft. Released Saturday on $3,635 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 27 to March 1 on suspicion of burglary and Oct. 15 to 17 to serve a two-day sentence.

Ardell P. Jones, 46, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on an unspecified warrant. Held on no bond. Released Monday. Previously jailed March 14 to 22 for reasons not specified on the jail log, May 18, 2018, on suspicion of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and May 2 to 3, 2018, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute.

Dustin J. Luchi, 41, Marion, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving while license canceled or revoked. Released an hour and a half later on $1,000 surety bond.

Willie J. Young, 58, Wichita, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of possession of opiates, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Released an hour and a half later on $5,000 surety bond.
