NEW JAILINGS

Robert S. Ayers, 49, Hillsboro, jailed May 16 pending Department of Corrections treatment May 17. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 211 days between Jan. 12, 2018, and May 17, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders once, twice on motions to revoke his probation, once on a hold for the Department of Corrections, five times for failing to appear in court, and once on suspicion of interfering with a law enforcement officer.

Jouanna S. Cain, 31, Florence, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released half an hour later on her own recognizance after promising to pay $5,000 should she fail to appear in court again. Previously April 28, also for failing to appear in court.

Tredessa J. Donnell, 42, Columbia, Missouri, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a weapon, driving without a valid license, and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released on her own recognizance Monday after promising to pay $10,000 should she fail to appear in court.

Andre B. Howard, 25, Newton, jailed Monday on a warrant alleging that he violating his probation. Released 24 hours later on his own recognizance after promising to pay $5,000 should he fail to appear in court. Previously jailed Aug. 1 to 3 for failing to appear in court and April 15 to 17 for allegedly violating his probation.

Demetria J. Looney, 41, Wichita, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released Monday after posting a $500 bond.

Chris D. McBride, 37, Newton, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of assault. Released 30 hours later after posting a $500 bond.

Brenda S. Phillips, 65, Newton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed March 21 to 23, 2022, on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Amanda J. Stanley, 30, El Dorado, jailed May 16 on suspicion of theft and possession of stolen property. Released 23 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.
