Joshua Vernon Catlin, 230 W. 4th St., Florence; charge amended July 11 from harassment by telephone to disorderly conduct.
Paige Marie Finney, 2666 Chisholm Road, Canton; applied for diversion June 17 on charges of driving under the influence, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and transportation of liquor in an open container; diversion status hearing set for July 17.
Kimberly Joy Funk, 102 E. Kansas, Lehigh; admitted probation violation June 17; ordered to spend three weekends in jail, pay $15, and probation reinstated for 18 months.
Kara Klassen, 208 Jest Drive, Warrensburg, Mo.; charge of possession of methamphetamine added July 5 to charges of endangering a child, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Logan Matthew Maytum, 340 Fink St., Marion; pleaded no contest June 11 to a charge of criminal trespass; sentenced to six months probation in lieu of 30 days jail; ordered to have no contact with Dakota Dillashaw, write letter of apology to victim, remain in and complete school, and pay $100. Charge of misdemeanor theft dismissed.
Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X Ranch Road, Florence; failed to appear in court June 17. Bench warrant issued; made contact with attorney and bench warrant withdrawn; sentencing set for July 9 on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Ryan Joel Shrewsbury, 2258 George Washington Drive, Park City; pleaded no contest June 11 to a charge of misdemeanor theft; sentencing set for Aug. 26.
Kevin Tidwell, 206 W. B St., Hillsboro; failed to appear July 1 on a charge of giving a worthless check; bench warrant requiring $1,000 bond issued.
Adam E. Williams, 809 Mural Court, Lawrence; charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor dismissed June 14.
Michelle Williams, 704 N. Cedar St., Marion; pleaded no contest June 24 to a charge of battery; sentencing set for July 22.
