Donald Francis Harner, 22212 W. Mills Ave., Abbyville; pleaded guilty Sept. 17 to criminal deprivation of property; sentencing set for Oct. 15.

Michael G. Hemmer, 309 Kansas St., Lincolnville; preliminary hearing continued from Oct. 3 to Oct. 15 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, endangering a child, transporting alcohol in an open container, and speeding (75 mph in 65 mph zone).

Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; failed to appear Sept. 24 at arraignment on charge of battery; bench warrant issued.

Barbara D. Hermosillo, 131 S. Taft No. 17, McPherson; arraignment continued from Sept. 17 to Oct. 1; pleaded not guilty Oct. 1 to charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and permitting an unauthorized minor to drive; jury trial set for Dec. 13.

Mike Hoffner, 811 Lawrence St., Durham; pleaded not guilty Sept. 24 to domestic battery; status hearing set for Nov. 13.

Dominiece Lashay Renee Hutton, 240 N. Madison, Wichita; pleaded not guilty Oct. 1 to forgery and attempted theft by deception; status hearing set for Nov. 5.

Kirk W. Seals, 125 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; arraignment held Oct. 1 on charge of domestic battery; diversion status hearing set for Oct. 15.

Stormy G. Snedecor, 305 S.E. 5th, Newton; pleaded not guilty Oct. 1 to obtaining a prescription-only drug by fraudulent means; status hearing set for Nov. 5.

Robert J. Stewart, 603 Silver, Geneseo; stipulated to probation violation Oct. 1; ordered to serve five days in jail; probation reinstated for 12 months.

Jean Luc Taylor, 900 N. Walnut, McPherson; first appearance Oct. 9 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for Nov. 19.

Dallen Thompson, 501 N. B St., Ramona; pleaded no contest Sept. 24 to criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft; sentenced to 20 days in jail followed by 90 days probation; ordered to undergo drug and alcohol testing, write letter of apology to victim, and pay $210. Pleaded no contest Sept. 24 to a second set of criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft charges; sentenced to 10 days jail followed by 90 days probation; ordered to undergo drug and alcohol testing, write letter of apology to victim, and pay $415.

Trenton Duane Vogt, 8028 Vintage Terrace, Claremore, Okla.; pleaded guilty Sept. 17 to obstruction of official duty and criminal trespass; misdemeanor theft charge dismissed; sentencing set for Oct. 15.

Matthew Tyler Wallace, 5227 Shady Maple, Kingwood, Texas; status hearing continued from Oct. 1 to Oct. 12 on charge of criminal deprivation of property.

Troy Scott Watts, 401 N. Ash St. Apt. 15, Hillsboro; misdemeanor theft charge dismissed Oct. 12.

Ian Anders Weisbeck, 210 6th St., Durham; pleaded not guilty Sept. 24 to criminal damage to property; status hearing set for Nov. 5.

David B. Buller, 305 N. Ash St., Hillsboro; status hearing held Sept. 19 on charges of driving under the influence and failure to yield when making a left turn; jury trial set for Nov. 1.

Chelsea L. Felton, 2205 Thompson Drive, Junction City; pleaded no contest Sept. 19 to speeding (107 mph in 65 mph zone); reckless driving dismissed; ordered to pay $548.

Steven Brian Hundley; preliminary hearing held Oct. 3 on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding (65 mph in 45 mph zone), stop sign violation, and improper movements and required signal; status hearing set for Oct. 22 on motion to determine competency; competency evaluation ordered.

Nicholas M. McGovern, 2200 Old Main, Newton; bench trial held Sept. 19; charge amended to speeding (69 mph in 65 mph zone); ordered to pay $296.

Kenneth H. Nelson Jr., 214 N. 2nd St., Marion; preliminary hearing held Oct. 3; arraignment set for Oct. 22 on charges of driving under the influence and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked.
