Boston St., Wichita; preliminary hearing held Jan. 2; waived preliminary hearing and bound over on two counts of felony theft; arraignment set for Feb. 4; bond conditions include no contact with the victim, no use of alcohol or drugs, drug and alcohol testing, and no driving without a valid license.

Justin R. Bowley, 217 E. Woodside, McPherson; status hearing held Jan. 9 on charges of two counts of battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass; status and plea hearing set for Jan. 28.

David B. Buller, 305 N. Ash St., Hillsboro; waived formal arraignment Jan. 9 and pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; status hearing set for Feb. 4; defense’s motion for discovery granted Jan. 22.

Nolan Dirks, 112 S. Lincoln St., Hillsboro; preliminary hearing held Jan. 7 on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; arraignment set for Jan. 28.

Michael G. Hemmer, 309 Kansas St., Lincolnville; sentencing continued from Jan. 7 to Jan. 9 on convictions of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Derek Hoskinson, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; preliminary hearing continued from Jan. 2 to Feb. 6 on charges of criminal threat and domestic battery.

Justin M. Loomis, 201 S. 11th St., Herington; made first appearance Jan. 15 on charge of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; arraignment set for Feb. 12.

Jesse L. Marshall, 1104 E. Luther, Wichita; motion to revoke probation and bench warrant withdrawn Jan. 7; probation unsuccessfully terminated.

Bryan Patrick McCreary, 303 E. 5th St., Newton; waived formal arraignment Jan. 9 and pleaded no contest to two counts of mistreatment of a dependant adult; two counts misdemeanor theft dismissed; sentencing set for March 4.

Dominick Dashon Mosley, 903 N. Linview, Urbana, Ill.; arraigned Jan. 15 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; diversion status hearing set for Feb. 12.

Andrew S. Odle, 211 N. Spruce St., Peabody; preliminary hearing held Jan. 2; plea hearing set for Feb. 4 on charges of nonresidential burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Anthony James Radke, 303 N. B St., Ramona; made first appearance Jan. 7 on charge of battery; arraignment set for Feb. 12.

Trenton Gregory Reif, 1400 E. Euclid, McPherson; sentencing continued from Jan. 9 to Feb. 13 on convictions of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X Ranch Road, Florence; made first appearance Jan. 16 on charges of driving under the influence and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; arraignment set for Feb. 20.

Ryan Schierling, 105 E. Marion, Lehigh; sentenced Jan. 9 to six-month controlling jail term for conviction of domestic battery; ordered to serve two days in jail and four days house arrest, then placed on 12 months probation; ordered to pay $265; prohibited from using alcohol or drugs; ordered to submit to alcohol and drug testing and to serve 48 hours in jail for each failed test; ordered to complete drug and alcohol evaluation and follow its recommendations and to complete a domestic violence evaluation and follow its recommendations; prohibited from contacting D.J. Gore or Darla Gore; prohibited from having firearms while on probation.

Tyler J. Slater, 586 Needle Road, Peabody; arraigned Jan. 7; pleaded not guilty to two counts of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal restraint; status hearing set for Jan. 28.

Brian A. Solis, 903 N. C St., Wellington; stipulated Jan. 9 to probation violation; probation revoked; ordered to serve four days in jail and, upon release, probation unsuccessfully terminated.

Carrie L. Terwilliger, 302 S.W. 4th St., Abilene; status hearing Jan. 2 continued to Feb. 6 for preliminary hearing on charges of possession of hydrocodone, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Phillip David Tyner, 420 E. Hickory, Hesston; preliminary hearing continued from Jan. 2 to Feb. 6 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Matthew Tyler Wallace, 5227 Shady Maple, Kingwood, Texas; status hearing held Jan. 9 on charge of criminal deprivation of property; hearing on defense attorney’s motion to withdraw as counsel set for Jan. 28.

Caleb Patrick Woodcox, 1910 275th Road, Marion; information filed Jan. 24; charged with possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana).

Ash St., Hillsboro; sentenced Jan. 9 to 90-day controlling jail term on conviction of driving under the influence; ordered to serve five days in jail and placed on 12 months probation; ordered to pay $953; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol testing and serve 48 hours in jail for each failed test; prohibited from using drugs or alcohol; prohibited from entering businesses that make most of their revenue from the sale of alcohol; ordered to complete alcohol information school and 20 hours community service.

Matthew George Cordona, 412 E. 1st St., Hillsboro; made first appearance Jan. 16 on charges of reckless driving and two counts of stop sign violation; arraignment set for Feb. 20.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; arraignment continued from Jan. 9 to Feb. 20 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and no child restraint system.

Rita Marie Hood, 906 Denver St., Marion; made first appearance Jan. 16 on charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Ian D. Hudson, 1253 S.W. Burnett, Topeka; made first appearance Jan. 16 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; arraignment set for Feb. 20.
