This information was the most current on file in criminal division of Marion County District Court as of May 24. Information often is not available until more than a week after hearings. Journal entries must be checked by the defense, prosecution, and judge before they are filed.

Todd Michael Beneke, 219 N. 10th St., Herington; hearing held May 6 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for May 20.

James Patrick Ferguson, 724 S. Elm, Ottawa; charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed at preliminary hearing May 1.

Susan E. Gambrel, 707 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 16, McPherson; made first appearance May 20 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for June 17.

Wesley James Kelley, Lawrence; failed to appear May 1 at preliminary hearing on charges of possession of stolen property and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; bench warrant issued with $5,000 bond; prior bond revoked.

Terry Monasmith, 500 N. Market St., Wichita; probation terminated successfully May 1.

Charles L. Scearce, 2417 S.E. 60th, Leon; bond appearance held May 15 on motion to revoke probation; hearing set for June 24.

Jean Luc Taylor, 705 E. Elizabeth, McPherson; waived hearing on motion to revoke probation April 15 and stipulated to probation violation; disposition hearing set for May 6.
