Justin Dean McClary, 1113 Barnes Ave., Alva, Oklahoma, charges of possession of marijuana, interference with law enforcement, and speeding (79 in a 65 mph zone) dismissed Oct. 15.

Johney R. Strotkamp, 509 Spruce St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Oct. 27 to possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended or canceled.

Nelson Vanburen McAlexander Jr., 207 N. Plum St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty Oct. 27 to domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Andrew Blake Shipman, 3540 N. Inwood St., Apt. 11301, Wichita, pleaded no contest Oct. 14 to possession of marijuana, charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice, found guilty of possession of marijuana, sentenced to six months supervised probation, fined $158 plus fines totaling $105 or 15 hours of community service.

Jacob Lewis Harper, 130 S. Thorp St., Marion, 12-month diversion agreement entered into, charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor, open container of alcohol, and speeding (47 in a 30 mph zone) to be dismissed upon completion of agreement, fined $250 and court costs of $203.

Cyle Lee Wilson, 126 Forest St., Marion, charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a depressant (clonazepam) dismissed without prejudice, with costs assessed to the state.

Lewis Ray Litton, 214 Pine St., Peabody, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to a charge of obstruction of official duty, charges of possession of marijuana, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol, and public consumption of alcohol dismissed with prejudice to plea agreement, found guilty of obstruction of official duty, sentencing set for Dec. 1.

Christina L. Newell, 221 S. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to disorderly conduct for brawling or fighting, sentenced to six months supervised probation, fined $263.

Transport order for Caleb M. Kidd, 958 2500 Rd., White City, sent to Saline County Jail, returned because defendant is no longer in custody of said facility.

Amanda Ann Marler, 207 W. B St., Hillsboro, charge of identity theft, a level B non-person felony, amended Nov. 4 to theft by deception, a class A non-person misdemeanor.

Andrew Schaefer, 321 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, a level 3 person felony, amended Nov. 3 to unlawful voluntary sexual relations, a level 8 person felony. Defendant was younger than 19 and less than four years older than victim at time of offense.
