Allison Shults, 229 N. Lincoln St., Marion, 10 counts of cashing a worthless check dismissed without prejudice April 14, claims were paid off.

Marcus Devore, 1615 Cherry St., Winfield, charge of felony theft amended April 16 to criminal trespassing.

Christopher J. McIntyre, 120 S. A St., Herington, charge of nondwelling burglary amended April 16 to charges criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft.
