Travis R. Grosse, 220 Santa Fe St., Marion; admitted Aug. 19 to probation violation, ordered to one year probation in lieu of 30 days jail.

Kevin M. Linscheid, 705 N. Locust St., Peabody; nine counts of giving a worthless check dismissed Aug. 20.

Austin D. Voth, 188 120th St., Newton; five counts of giving a worthless check dismissed Aug. 21.

Robert Enrique-Alexander Zampieri, 319 S. Cedar St., Marion; pleaded no contest to a charge of possession of marijuana, charges of endangering a child and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed; sentencing set for Sept. 23.
