Clayton T. Lingenfelter formally was charged Monday with theft of a firearm and criminal possession of a firearm.

A bench warrant was issued March 19 for Matthew Paul May after he failed to appear in court on charges of driving while suspended, reckless driving, and failure to stop at an accident.

Bruce W. Richardson Jr. formally was charged April 2 with distribution of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, heroin, THC and drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement, and possession of methamphetamine without a tax stamp.

Dale E. Wuthnow was ordered March 9 to serve 10 days in jail for probation violation.
