Brian T. Grosse, 42, Marion, was found May 1 to have violated his probation. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail. His 18 months’ probation is to begin again, and he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation.

Forest C. Maris pleaded no contest May 1 to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $598. He originally was charged with domestic battery.

Adam T. Moser formally was charged May 2 with domestic battery.

David A. Shaw, 47, Herington, pleaded no contest May 1 to driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $963. A charge of speeding was dismissed.
