Randy R. Carlson, 32, Marion, formally was charged March 5 with burglary of a swelling, criminal damage to property, and theft. In a second case filed the same day, Carlson was charged with making a criminal threat.

Lindsey C. Grosse, 34, Marion, formally was charged Wednesday with domestic battery.

Brian W. Hiebert, 27, Florence, formally was charged Wednesday with theft and criminal use of a financial card.

Shane R. Ringle, 36, Herrington, pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to theft. Sentencing was scheduled for Tuesday.

A bench warrant was issued Feb. 12 for Molly M. Schomaker after she failed to appear in court.

Marshall R. Swanson, 60, Peabody, formally was charged Thursday with 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a child for possessing visual depictions of a child younger than 18 engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Lauren R. Wolf, 39, Peabody, formally was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
