Emergency dispatches

Thursday

5:26 p.m. — Marion Fire Department was called for hay bales on fire in the middle of 150th Road between Limestone and Mustang roads. The fire department arrived back at station at 7:03 p.m.

6:38 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance was called to Bethesda Home for resident transport to Newton Medical Center. Ambulance arrived back at station at 8:35 p.m.

Friday

4:59 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responds to St. Luke Medical Center for a transfer to Kansas Heart Hospital.

5:19 p.m. — Marion ambulance responds to St. Luke for an emergency transfer at 6 p.m. to Kansas Heart Hospital.

7:16 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responds to Hillsboro Community Hospital for an emergency medical transfer to St. Francis Hospital, a female patient in her 70s. Dispatch called Peabody ambulance for advanced life support at 7:23 p.m.

Saturday

1:55 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responds to the 800 block of 190th Road for a vehicle accident. Hillsboro rescue also called to rollover accident. Officer on scene advised there were not any serious injuries. Three different ambulances transported victims from the scene. Hillsboro ambulance reported back at the station at 2:42 a.m.

12:45 p.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department investigates smoke report at Hillcrest Motel. Hillsboro Fire Department responds that there was no evidence of fire at 1:15 p.m.

9:45 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responds to HCH for advanced life support transfer for young female burn victim to St. Francis. They report back to Hillsboro at 12:43 a.m.

Sunday

2:35 a.m. — Tampa ambulance responds to the area of 290th and Kanza Roads for male subject unconscious in a car. Non transport reported at 3:42 a.m.

10:37 a.m. — Marion ambulance responds to St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Pilsen for a teenage female having a seizure. Tampa ambulance responds. Marion ambulance transported victim to St. Luke Hospital and reported back in Marion at 12:40 p.m.

Monday

8:11 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responds to HCH for an advanced life support transport to Kansas Heart Hospital.

3:30 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responds to Hillsboro Middle School for a teenage female with an allergic reaction to nuts; dispatch reports an epinephrine injection was administered. Ambulance reported back at the station at 4:13 p.m.

6:46 p.m. — Hillsboro Fire Department responds to fire alarm at Tabor College. Officer on scene says it was burning food and tells fire department to disregard call.

7:14 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responds to 403 N. Walnut for female in her 60s feeling ill. Ambulance was en-route to Newton Medical Center at 7:28 p.m. Ambulance returned to station at 8:21 p.m.
