Jan. 26

8:05 a.m. — Marion fire responded to Upland Rd. between 210th and 220th Rds. for hay bales on fire.

11:32 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred an advanced-life-support patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital to Kansas Heart Hospital, Wichita.

1:15 p.m. — Florence ambulance was called to the 800 block of Main St. for a person who had fallen and was still on the floor. After Florence ambulance did not answer dispatchers, Peabody ambulance took the call. The patient refused transport.

1:17 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman who had fallen and was complaining of arm pain from Prairie Lane at Marion County Lake to St. Luke. Marion fire was called for lifting assistance.

6:27 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transferred a patient from HCH to Via Christi, Wichita.

8:53 p.m. — Marion fire responded to US-77 highway south of US-56 for a strong natural gas smell. Marion fire advised dispatchers to call a gas company.

jan. 27

3:24 p.m. — Marion ambulance, Marion rescue, and Marion fire responded to the roundabout at US-56/77 for a vehicle vs. motorcycle accident. A person was transported to St. Luke.

9:04 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 300 block of N. Lincloln St. for a woman in her 90s who had fallen. Hillsboro was then told by dispatchers to disregard.

9:42 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 300 block of S. Cedar for a teenager suffering from a possible overdose. No transportation was specified.

Thursday

3:27 p.m. — Marion fire, Florence fire, Hillsboro fire, and Marion ambulance responded to Random Rd. at Marion County Lake for a fire in an unattached garage. A person was transported to St. Luke.

5:54 p.m. — Florence ambulance responded to the 200 block of W. 10th St. in Florence for a woman in her 90s feeling sick. She was transported to Newton Medical Center.

friday

9:30 a.m. — Burns ambulance was called to the 100 block of S. Nickerson St. in Burns for a woman who had fallen and was complaining of arm pain. After no response from Burns or Florence, Peabody took the call. Transportation was not specified.

2:42 p.m. — Burns and Florence fire were called to assist with a large grass fire on North West 75th in Butler County.

Saturday

3:17 p.m. — Marion fire was called to the alley between Cedar St. and HRK Warehouse for a gas meter that reportedly had been hit.

6:45 p.m. — Florence ambulance transported a man not able to use his legs from the 100 block of N. Cincinnati St. in Burns to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital, El Dorado.

6:47 p.m. — Marion fire, Lost Springs fire, Lincolnville fire, Tampa fire, and Tampa ambulance responded to the 400 block of Lumbar St. in Lincolnville for a chimney on fire.

7:33 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Prairie Lane at Marion County Lake for a woman found lying in a hallway and not breathing. Marion fire was called for lifting assistance.

9:03 p.m. — Tampa ambulance and Lincolnville fire responded to the 600 block of 6th Ave. in Lincolnville for a man in his 70s who fell. He was transported to St. Luke.

sunday

11:43 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St. for a woman having a possible heart attack. She was transported to St. Luke.

monday

9:29 a.m. — Marion fire, Florence fire, and Lincolnville fire responded to a fire in a ditch which spread to an adjacent field around two miles north of the US-56/77 and K-150 roundabout.

4:06 p.m. — Goessel fire responded to the 100 block of E. Main St. for a vehicle fire.

6:52 p.m. — Marion fire responded to Yarrow Rd. between 200th and 210th Rds. for a stove that was on fire outside of the residence.

10:30 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a woman who had fallen from the 600 block of S. Ash St. to HCH.
