Zana Manche, Agricultural Education Teacher for Goessel High School, has been selected as a recipient of the 2014 Kansas Cable Telecommunications Horizon Award.

She is one of 32 winners. The award was created to recognize outstanding first-year teachers.

Of the 32 recipients, four elementary classroom teachers and four secondary teachers from each region will be individually recognized during a luncheon at the Kansas Exemplary Educators Network conference Feb. 22 in Topeka. They will be invited to participate as special guests in the two-day KEEN conference.
