Chris and Patty Wesley of Hutchinson announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Tina, to Grant Mullkey, son of Eric and Nyla Mullkey.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of McPherson High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social welfare with a minor in communications from Tabor College in 2009. She works as an office manager at Black and Veatch in Arlington, Va.

The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Liberal High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in music from Truman State University in 2006, and graduated from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 2011. He is an associate attorney at Katz and Ranzman, P.C., in Washington, D.C.

The wedding is planned for October in McPherson.
