On Jan. 4, Ransom and Lillian Wiebe went to visit some shut-ins. First, they stopped to see Vera Dirks at the Bethesda Home in Goessel. In the afternoon, they went to see Henry Redger at his home in Moundridge. He is doing fine after spending a few days in the hospital. Before returning home, they went to see Lela Wedel.
Chris and Denis Schrock and Kai returned to their home in Kidron, Ohio, after spending about two weeks with Larry and Wanda Koehn and other relatives.
Roy and Nadine Davis hosted a fundraiser for the school at their home on Jan. 6. The guests were Darrin and Meri Kay Rhodes and family, Wayne and Loralee Wiebe and family, and Harlan and Sherry Koehn as their guests.
Guests in the home of Ron and Dora Unruh for a potluck dinner on Jan. 6 were Jim and Brenda Enns, Lon and Deb Hiebert, Mark and Barb Unruh, Katelin and Sarah, and Warren and Anita Unruh, Nathan, Kyle, and Jenna. They celebrated Mark’s recent birthday.
