Criminal Damage to property

Daryan Paige Martinez, 19, of Hillsboro reported $822 of damage to her 2011 Ford Focus Nov. 17 after an unknown person added water to her fuel tank while she was parked at Tabor College. The water damaged the engine of her car after she drove it.

Criminal trespass

A 53 year-old woman refused to leave Edee K. Rhoads’ apartment when told to do so. Officers overheard the incident. The woman was arrested and transported to Marion County Jail.
