Theft
Michael Unruh, 52, of Hillsboro, reported that two Cub Cadet lawn tractors were stolen Oct. 11 from a temporary structure at 1371 K-15. The value of the tractors was estimated to be $2,400.
Criminal deprivation of property, motor vehicle, and criminal damage
Mark Bishop, 57, of Florence reported the theft Sept. 19 of a beige Buick car from the 600 block of Main St. in Florence. Two other vehicles at the same location were vandalized. Reporting officer Mike Ottensmeier indicated the offender was suspected of using alcohol, and that the crimes may have involved an unknown hate bias. The Buick was valued at $20,000, and the damage to the other vehicles totaled $500.
Theft
Delbert Just, 76, of Marion reported an auto tag as stolen Oct. 17 from his residence on Pawnee Rd. between 130th and 140th Rds. Officer Travis Wilson reported a possible unknown hate bias for the offense. The estimated value of the tag was $150.
Disorderly conduct
Officer Mike Ottensmeier responded Oct. 9 to a complaint of disorderly conduct at the residence of Roland Boesker, 423 N. Ohio, Burns, reported by Boesker at 10:21 p.m. The offense report indicates the offender was suspected of using alcohol and drugs.
