These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Theft

Five radiators valued at $7,250 and 100 feet of wire valued at $500 were reported stolen at 10:36 a.m. Dec. 5 in a field near 120th and Kanza Rds from owner Ronald J. Waner of Winnemucca, Nevada,.

Possession of stimulants and drug paraphernalia, theft, interference with law enforcement

Three doses of hydrocodone and foil with burn residue were seized and 11 packages of meat valued at $100 were stolen from Brian R. Mills between 1:09 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 6 near 80th and Upland Rds.

No additional details were released with deputy Peyton Heidebrecht’s report. However, jail records indicate that the deputy arrested Brittany N. Hamilton, 35, Florence, at 2:36 a.m. that day on suspicion of the charges listed plus driving an unregistered vehicle.

She remained in Marion County Jail in lieu of posting $3,000 in bonds.

Criminal trespass, interference with law enforcement

A person identified only as someone known to owner Brian R. Mills allegedly trespassed and interfered with law enforcement at an unspecified time Dec. 6 at a farmstead near 80th and Wagon Wheel Rds.

No additional information was included in deputy Bruce Burke’s report of the offense. However, jail records indicate that Skyler B. Farha, 44, Florence, was arrested by Burke on suspicion of these charges at 1:12 p.m. that day.

Farha was released from jail on his own recognizance Monday, promising to pay $1,500 should he fail to appear in court.

Possession of stimulants and marijuana, trespassing, interference with law enforcement

Trace amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana, a pipe, and a syringe were seized shortly after 6:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in a driveway at a home in the 900 block of N. Maple St. in Peabody.

No additional information was included in deputy Landis Goodman’s report of the offense. However, jail records indicate that Jordan E. Brundage, 31, Peabody, was arrested by the deputy at 9:28 a.m. that day on suspicion of the charges listed plus disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia with which to manufacture drugs.

Brundage was released from county jail 25 hours later without bond.

Burglary

A burglar who broke into a locked unoccupied residence owned by Delbert E. Just on Pawnee Rd. near Aulne between 2 p.m. Dec. 5 and 7 a.m. Dec. 10 caused damage estimated at $25 to hardware.

No items were listed as stolen.
