Pankratz celebrates birthday

Ken Pankratz and Van VanTauber of Durham and Arlene Pankratz of Hillsboro had lunch together Thursday at a Durham restaurant.

Arlene Pankratz was honored with a birthday dinner at a Hillsboro restaurant on Thursday. Those honoring her were Ruth Hanew and her daughter, Kathy, Debbie Penn, Eleanor Herbel, Jane Miller, Mildred Hamm, Kay Carlson and Carol Ollenberger.

Kent and Emily Nickle and family of Hesston were recent visitors at the home of Arlene Pankratz.

Many attended the services at Durham Baptist Church on Sunday. Graduations honored were from grade schools, high school, and colleges. Next Sunday there will be a baby dedication for Hanna Sheridan and her parents, Fred and Ashley.
