Dec. 4: Police opened two cases of individuals in violation of the city’s inoperable vehicle ordinance.

Dec. 5: A case of animal cruelty was opened and an individual was fined for not having shots and tags for a pet.

Friday: Officers took a report of burglary and theft; the case is under investigation. Two juveniles were taken into police protective custody pending court proceedings.
