Quilt group looks for barns

The Marion County Quilt Trail recently met in Marion with representatives from Graphic Concepts Inc. to continue discussion and organization of a Marion County Barn Quilt Trail.

They are looking for homeowners who would like a quilt pattern placed on their barn or other outbuilding.

A brochure will be designed with a list of all the barn quilts on the Marion County Quilt Trail.

The trail will also be a part of the Flint Hills Quilt Trail organized by the Flint Hills Tourism Coalition.

Four barn owners already are a part of this project.
