NEW JAILINGS

Jaden A. Cutsinger, 30, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed May 2 to 18 and April 11 to 13 on court orders and July 5 to 7, 2020, on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, driving without a valid license, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, failing to surrender vehicle registration, and interfering with law enforcement.

Desmond D. Daughrity, 38, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed May 5, 2024, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a valid license, failing to use a required anti-drinking ignition interlock, and two counts of possessing stimulants,

Ivan G. Flanagan, 25, Wichita, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of speeding, having no vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 18 hours later after posting a $4,000 bond.

Andrew C. Green, 25, Newton, jailed Jan. 27 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Oct. 6 and 7, 2024, on suspicion of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.

Sabrina L. Hessel, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 11 days between March 21, 2018, and Sept. 19, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; for failing to appear in court; and on court orders twice.
