These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

HILLSBORO

Possession of marijuana, THC, and
paraphernalia; excessive window tint

Four THC vape cartridges, half a gram (a single dose) of marijuana, and a smoking pipe were seized in a traffic stop at 12:27 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of E. D St.

Officer John Huebert had stopped the vehicle, apparently for having excessively tinted windows.

Jesse A. Boucher, 37, and Viktoria A. Boucher, 35, both of Hillsboro, were arrested and taken to Marion County Jail. They were released within 1½ hours after each posted a $2,000 bond.
